Indian Govts Worst Ever Crisis

Now a serious situation is visible in all walks of life.Just because some scams have erupted every undermining the executive Powers of the Govt. Judicial activism and CAG activism posing a threat to the Parliament and Executive Powers of the Govt. Some Constitutional authorities too much asserting their positions questioning the policies in a negative way.,Finding fault  and questioning the credentials is the way of life for some higher bureaucrats.All their actions and their timings to publish their findings help the opposition to target the govt vehemently. Initial drafts are projected as final drafts. With the help of some medias hostile to Govt these bureaucrats indirectly seem to feed some materials which will sensationalise the matters.Without regreting for their actions these medias fuelled the fire. Now in these circumstances Army Chiefs actions cause too much embarassment to the Govt. For the last 60 years no other Army Chief behaved like this. Having lost the battle in Supreme Court  He is undoubtedly causing severe embarassment to the Govt. Gravity of the situation is such that it will go out of control. How can so far he told that our borders are well guarded and we would give a fitting reply to the aggressors?  Unique and unforeseen situations are created. Some party taking advantage of the situation indulging in mud slinging. No other country can witness such situation...

Team Anna a stumbling impediment to economic growth

Team Anna as usual started their tirade against Congress and the Central Govt.Now they gave an ultimatum to register cases against fourteen union ministers without verifying the charges. In their team PIL masters are there,who prevents them from filing private complaints? It is a mere gymmick to use their platform to settle their personal scores against some ministers who vehemently opposed this movement and their intensions. When the special court gave its ruling on prosecution of P,Chidambaram they never accepted this verdict and went on rhetoric to prosecute him. Such adamancy arrogance creeping into their mindset. They think they are the puritans of this country. They are always soft on the opposition parties. They dont have the wisdom to question why Lokayukta is not created in Gujarat Tamilnadu Orissa  and West Bengal.They dont even accept the Economic compulsions.. Citing some scams they are against reforms and FDI RETAIL. They are a stumbling block to Foreign Investments. Their orchestrated campaign against corruption spoiled Indias Image Abroad. So slow in economic growth. They have spoiled new investmests in new ventures. Besides the judicial and CAG activism these civil societies and NGOs backed by foreign funds put enormous pressure on Economic Growth.If these trend continues India will not achieve its target. Everybody using the enormous size of the population sensationalises the things with the help of the media.

Church Bells Ring For Anti Govt Protests

It is evident clearly that the Anti Nuclear Protests at Koodankulam in Tamilnadu,India are backed by a group of local Christian fishermen Community..So Naturally the church In Idinthakarai  support morally and monetarily.The recent raids by home ministry officials pointout the active support of foreign Ngos in the struggle.Some missionaries are banned for violation of foreign exchanges and misuse of funds diverting from the original purposes they had received.Yesterday after the local state administration gave green signal for the commissioning of the project the work resumed after a gap of eight monthe. The protestors as usually protested. They have the right to protest.But inciting the local people with Church Bells ringing alarmly to prevent the authorities to function. The Father or the Bishop doesnt prevent his premises used for anti govt protests. They gave a green signal to the protestors. No rational thinking people expect this from Church authorities.They should not toe the line of protestors which inturn may go against the local people. The Churches should remain neutrality and making the people to understand  the problem.If they take one sidedview it will go againsst them.

National Counter Terror Centre

Today the amendments to NCTC tabled by Opposition has been defeated much to the walkout by TMC. Whenever a new policy is introduced just for opposing ,opposition parties indulged in blocking the innovations without going by merits.The NCTC is a novel idea mooted by home minister on the model of FBI giving the investigative agencies to arrest the suspected terrorists without consulting the local Police. This happened once or some times in a year depending upon the active movements of the terrorists.A hue and cry orchestrated by opposition ruled states citing the misuse and interference in their law and order domain.All are unconvinced and so voting takes place in Parliament. Without nodding for a good cause these opposition politicised the issue.This to blame the Central govt in future terror related investigations.Now the way is cleared for a novel and innovative investigation.Fractured federalism and regionalism coming in the way of novel policies.How the NCTC is going to succeed  in coming days is the primary question?

Reforms not in full swing

As expected the budget presented to day in Indian Parliament by Pranab Mukherjee our finance minister has little room for new reforms. Because of coalition compulsions the UPA govt not going beyond by certain bountaries. Though the Primeminister and Financeminister are for reforms some conventional adamant coalition partners are not for new reforms.Food security bill for all the Indians is introduced. FDI RETAIL is still on hold.Disinvestments to the tune of 7.25 billion us dollars from Public sector is going to be allowed.FDI in aviation up to 49%is going to be allowed to ease the financial strains of aviation sector.The same with securities and Mutual Funds.capital investment for the state owned banks to  tune of $4 billions. Fdi in arms produce allowed to certain conditions. But this is not a whole hearted wish of the govt. Since their hands are tied  their efforts of liberalisation has not come in full swing.Only half hearted measures are taken.....

Budget Realities

Indian Budget going to be presented by Finance Minaster Pranab Mukherjee on 15 th of this month.The question arises how it is going to address the aspiration of the parties.The ruling UPA has some uncomprising parties such as TMC which  spearheading anti reforms.The left parties lost their popular support but keeping the tempo against reforms. The same with Samajwadi Party and BSP. But so many millionares are elected only from these parties.The principal opposition Bjp and their allies seem to be Pro reforms.But they opposed reforms because they dont want Congress Party to gain from Reforms.Such a bleak situation emerging in India.So many parties confound the situation. The Congress has 206 elected MPS. But a small 18 members of TMC putting pressures.All these things happen only in India.Small groups are commanding the bigger parties. A third rate situation is created by unconvincing parties .If some remedies are not taken the entire system may collapse by disruptive parties. The same applicable whoever come to power in India.In India sensationaling the things is the trait of adamant political parties.

THIRD FRONT REALITIES

In India after the recent five state elections some motivated attempts are planned to form a third front alternative to both the ruling UPA and their rivals NDA.UPA is dominated by the congress and their allies. NDA is formed by BJP and their allies. New calculations have emerged resulting in the formation of third front. Pick up some alliance parties within UPAand NDAand planning to form a third front.Regional ruling parties JD(U), AIADMK JD(S) TMC with the support of TeluguDesam have this notion. The real question is who is going to head this alliance? Mulayamsingh Jayalalitha Mamata Bijupatnaick and Nithishkumar are having this unimaginable ambition. Nobody will be unconvinced by others. They have no specific agenda but to gain in opportune movements.Among these contenders some are high ego characters .To the mockery for the highest Executive post they may opt PM post in rotation. Pm for six months then elect some other Prime ministers.Prime Ministers in waiting a novel and a laughing stock for the future.

Unquestioned Dynasty Rule...

Indian Congress Party is accused of promoting Dynasty Rule in India.The Gandhi family ruled this country for more than thirty years since 1950. They are elected by the people in elections ,not thrust upon.Even in defeat they accept with humility.But the opposition from 1967 accused Congress of promoting dynasty rule.First Nshru then Madam Indira Gandhi then Rajiv Gandhi.All these Prime Ministers are elected only.After 1991 the dynasty rule didnt materialise. But the anti Congress parties opposed saying they are running the Govt with Proxy Nominations. Even though gandhis are powerful they never aspire for the top Executive Post.TVS medias often target Gandhis for Dynasty Rule. Those who opposed Dynasty rule are keeping silent When AKilesh is Elected as the Chiefminister Of UP.The same When Omar Abdullah took as the chief Minister of Jammu&kashmir.Mr Stalin ,Thackerays Jagan Reddy are groomed in the same Dynasty rule.The Opposition and the medias keeping silent on the turn of events. Hereafter nobody has the moral right to question Gandhis on Dynastic Rule.

Rahul Dravid The legend

Today Indian Cricket Legend R.Dravid retires from Test arena.After playing for 16 years he has contributed to Indian Cricket in a high level. After Sachin Tendulkar he is the prolific scorer to India.He had retired from One day Internationals a few months back.Even in T20s his share is magnitude. He is a great legend but a simple outstanding man.Started his career in Karnataka for Ranji trophy he showed his acumenship that carried him to the test arena.His contribution more than thirteen thousand runs is immense.He outshone anybody in foreign soils which is a rare phenomenon.He stood solid when needy situation warrants.He outclassed others in catching also.His retirement created a vaccum which is hard to fill .His retirement not premature but taken in as wise decision.He showed his place to the aspiring youngsters.Nobody can erase this gentleman from our memories.

India Plagued by internal dissention

Indian political scene totally changed with the mindset of the people. Some scams have erupted and so everybody encroaching the Central Govts executivepowers. Auditor general of India Election commissioners Vigilance commisioner are constitutional authorities. They are usurping their powers too much to embarass the Govt.They think they are uncontrollable unanswerable to anybody.They imagine they are having skylimit powers. Judicial activism already eroded the executive powers.Everybody wants to override the govt by harsh means. Social activisits medias going beyond their boundary. Medias analysing the court verdicts and give their influential judgements intheir chambers.Everybody saying we have the right to protest and right to debate unmidful of consequences. India is having a population of 120 billionss and itis easy to stimulate the sentiments emotions of the people. The opposition is for opposing and not for development. Regionalism have turned the tables and it is not possible for anybody to overcome this situation. In this situation the good Economists like Manmohansingh cannot go beyond to certain limits.this is the sad situation.....

Left FIASCO

The recent five state elections sent shockwaves to the National Parties including ruling Congrss and the BJP.Bjp indulging in war with Congress lost its votebank share more than the Congress .But the worst debacle went to the left Parties who adamantly opposed IndoUS nuclear deal and fdi retail. To my memory they have not gained a single seat and their votebank shrinks less than1%.The Tv medias never cared to interview them. It is a great pity the Communist party once a powerful force in Punjab demimated totally.Their leaders made hue and cry against US and the Western countries now taking rest . They are never cared for. Soon they they will dinintegrate from political scenario.Once a powerful force in Indian politics they are in shambles.

Reforms in India a setback after state Elections

Indian PM Manmohansingh an economist started reforms from 1991.Till 2011 the reforms went smoothly with minor irritants of the left and Communist Parties.But the entire scenario has undergone a see saw change after some traditional conventional opposite to reforms captured power in important states. This is a really a blow to reforms commited by Congress Party. Opportune politics come in the way of economic reforms.First Left Parties TMC alliance ruling Party SP BSP JANATADAL BIju Patnaiks Party and the main opposition BJP and their allies for the sake of opposing Put the Economic Reforms on hold. All the opposition parties want the fruit(FUNDS) without sowing. They are hijacking the reforms .It is distress to note that some scams have put the Govt in defensive. Because of Scams every wants to override the govt.

Post state assembly elections

Now all the results of assembly elections have come. Beyond doubt a new wave sweeping and a new trend emerging in these elections is the Regionalism stamping inthe minds of the people. The wrath Congress BJP and the Left hounded out. Samajwadi Party ,Akalidal emerging victorious show a new trend in the mindset. The National Parties are relegated and only in national elections they have the power to prove their supportbase. It is a sheer waste to contest for the assebly elections. The National Parties Image seiously eroded by these regional parties.It is better the National Parties forge an alliance to avoid embarrasment from these local parties.The National Parties hereafter have to stoop down to such low level politics to match the opponents, otherwise they will be hounded out.

President putin the reformer

After the resounding win of MR. Putin in Russian Presidential electionsit has put an end to the false allegations of fraud in Parliament elections.Once again the commuists ambitions are smashed by Putins landslide victory.It is a setback to the entire Communist movement in the world except China.Now the reforms are going to start with full vigour.The oil rich Russia with renowned reforms is going to fill the pockets of Russians in additioal cash. India and the Russian fiendship is going to widen further. Huge embarssment to the Islamic fundamentalism Putin will fight War against Terror with new vigour and determination.

Encounters HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION

Even after Indian Supreme court gave its verdict in Gujarat encounters and condemned the encounters as murders and asked the police to file on false encounters.The police to satisfy somebody in authority dramatised the encounters and killed persons to their own convenience.The encounter victims are labelled as terrorists fundamentalists robbers communal dividers.Now in Chennai after two Bank robberies the offenders were staying in residential areas ' The police on a tip off from the media advertisements surrounded the building shot down the five robbers without arresting them. The whole drama was enacted within 15 minutes.Nobody defending the robbers but the way in which encounter took place smelt of foul deeds.The victims mostly from Bihar state will not get justice it seems.

Mission Impossible to possible

Today the underdogs India won a convincing victory over Srilanka in triseries at Australia. It is a matter of pride after consecutive losses both at the hands of Australia and Srilanka. SRILANKA  scored a huge total of 320 runs in 50 overs.India has scored the above runs in 36th over and gained bonus point. Virat Kholi is the real hunter and the master stroker for scoring 132 runs in 82 balls. The mission was impossible ,but Kholi made it possible.He has the fire inside and he avenged the consecutive defeats. India still in the race for the final clash. One day in this scoring rate some team may score 500 runs which is not faroff. Viratkholi shows his way and the others may follow in fruitful way.

Gujarat riots

In 2002 on this same day India was rocked by Godhra Garnage killing more than sixty persons in a train compartment burning case. The retaliation with the Gujarat Govts hidden veiled help resulted in remorse killings of nearly 2000 minorities, mostly Muslims. Still so much time is taken but no culprits convicted. The moral and criminal culpability is brushed aside on political and religion sentiments. The parties which are trying to put the pressure on recent scams dont allow the criminals going behind the bars.On the !0th anniversary of this Godhra Garnage some criminal culpable persons are aiming for The Highest Post .First they have to come clean and then they contest.This carnage still dividing the people religiously ....

Rising oil prices a concern

West Asia is reeling under severe standoff between the West and the arrogant states in the region. First Irag Afghanistan Libya Syria  Egypt and now Iran. Because of the turmoils in the west Asian regions Oil shocker has come . The oil prices going beyond reasonable limits and putting pressures on the developing countries economy.India and the oil production companies severely hit by abnormal prices. If escalation starts between Iran and Israel the whole world economic scenario may change . The common mans sufferings is going to be doubled..Developed and developing countries will suffer to the core.All Europe and Asian currencies will dip further creating too much disturbances. Hope wisdom may prevail.

Sachins Dilemma

Now in India an interesting debate is going on regarding the legend Sachin Tendulkars performance.He is under tremendous pressure from his fans to watch his 100th ton. The media hype also pressurised him too much.Daily debates about his performance put him in serious pressure. The result, concentration lacking ends in unyielding and desired effects.In a wise and calculated move he should use his wisdom sensibly retiring hinself from oneday Cricket.Before dropping from the team unilaterally he should announce his retirement from one day international cricket. Then he should concentrate on Test matches only.. Though it is hard to digest it is the reality.

Anti nuke protests at kudankulam not well founded.ARE they mad?

Tamilnadu people always with their real wisdom and maturity show their affections for innovations . India and especially south reeling in power defeceit. Summer load sheddings and the protests are all in the game.But   new wave of protest in the name of anti nuke Kudankulam stalled the commissioning of the plant. Though they are non violent sofar the parties supporting them are violent preachers. In the name of Tamil plight they indulge in rowdyism and damages to the property.They are so mad and mad that they could not be convinced by Honble Abdul Kalam former president and scientist.They are unrelenting so that Central and state govt experts team could not convince them.Their high handedness are going beyond normal tolerance.More than 90% of Tamilnadu people are willing to commission the project. Just because of Fukishima disaster they drag the agitation too long..It seems some foreign elements are inflirtrating in the agitation. It is not so easy to convince but the protestors only confuse the others.
